Southeastern Freight Lines and Fletes México Carga Express are partnering to enhance cross-border freight services, according to a news release.
Through dedicated teams in Laredo, Texas, and Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, customers can get faster transit times and better coordination in moving freight across the border, the companies say.
“This partnership with Fletes México Carga Express allows us to meet our customers’ growing demand for reliable service in and out of Mexico,” Richard Slater, SVP of sales and marketing for Southeastern, said in the release.
The LTL carriers can connect with customers’ freight forwarders to ensure timely clearance and complete visibility in tracking shipments.
“The collaboration is designed to provide faster, more dependable freight movement between the U.S. and Mexico, supported by end-to-end visibility and tight coordination from origin to destination,” Miguel Gomez Tapia, CEO of Fletes México Carga Express, said in the release.
Fletes México Carga Express said it looks forward to delivering enhanced U.S.-Mexico freight solutions for Southeastern’s customers.
Southeastern has provided cross-border servicing in the past. A partnership with XCF Transporte de Carga Consolidada began about a decade ago. Before that, it partnered with Condesa Freight International.
