EV Realty named industry veteran Henrik Holland president as the electric-charging hub provider continues to expand its footprint, per a Sept. 10 press release.
Holland joined the California-based company to grow its commercial truck business and expand the reach of its private charging network and helping expand into new areas, like building out autonomous vehicle depot infrastructure. A spokesperson noted Holland’s role is newly created for the company.
“Henrik helps pair the expert development platform we’ve built over the past four years with the operational and commercial experience to take it national,” CEO and co-founder Patrick Sullivan said in the release. He added that Holland’s background in infrastructure development will be critical in his new role in scaling the business.
Before joining EV Realty, Holland built Prologis Mobility, “the nation’s second-largest commercial EV charging network delivering 70MW of power over more than 400 projects,” EV Realty said in its release.

He also spent 16 years at Shell, including as head of corporate development for electric mobility as well as other executive roles in alternative energy efforts. His leadership roles there also covered acquiring the EV tech firm Greenlots, per his LinkedIn.
Holland is also the board chairman of the transportation nonprofit CALSTART, which seeks to advance alternative energy adoption.
“Power has become the binding constraint for a widening set of businesses, and very few companies have the power-first siting capabilities, the focus, and the development and technical expertise to do anything about it, let alone to keep a project running once it is built,” Holland said in the release.
EV Realty currently has a hub in San Bernardino, California, and plans to add locations elsewhere in the state, including in Stockton and Livermore in the San Francisco Bay Area. EV Realty is also planning to break ground on a location in Torrance, close to the Port of Los Angeles, for a heavy-duty truck charging facility this year.
Last year, EV Realty grew its financial backing, as private equity firm NGP expanded its investment with the business through a $75 million additional commitment. The finance institution previously provided a $28 million seed investment to EV Realty after its founding in 2021.
